Fairtrade FoundationThe Fairtrade Foundation is responsible for licensing the Fairtrade mark in the UK. The Fairtrade Foundation is the UK member of the Fairtrade Labelling Organisation (FLO) – a standard setting body. FLO-Cert, a separate organization, is responsible for the inspection and certification of producer organisations against the Fairtrade Standards. Over 300 FTOs in 70 countries form the basis of the WFTO network and membership is growing steadily. World Fair Trade DayWorld Fair Trade Day has grown into a global festival of Fair Trade with events organized worldwide, on and around the second Saturday of May by members of the World Fair Trade Organization across 70 countries. Trade Justice Movement The Trade Justice Movement (TJM) is a growing group of organisations such as aid agencies, environment and human rights campaigners, fair trade organisations, including BAFTS, faith and consumer groups, which was formed at the end of 2000 as a means for people from a wide cross section of British society to campaign together to "make trade work for the whole world".
